The Firehouse Grill, an Evanston tradition, is a restaurant housed in a decommissioned firehouse from the early 1900’s. Choose between our wide-open outdoor seating or dine inside with the bar close by. Coming for lunch? Try our Firehouse Burger or our Grown Up Grilled Cheese. Stopping by for dinner? Our classic Pan Pizzas are sure to satisfy you and your family. Is the weather outside frightful? Don’t worry! We offer delivery, dine-in, and carryout options.
Meet Pat & Molly
Patrick and Molly Fowler own and operate Firehouse Grill. In addition to maintaining a high bar in hospitality, they take immense pride in supporting the community through sponsoring youth sports teams and charity “give back” days. Firehouse is one of Evanston’s largest employers, with an emphasis on providing first jobs to ambitious teenagers, along with supporting their seasoned staff.
